Meet Dr. Willis

Dr. Robert Willis, DMD, was born in Virginia to a military family, and has lived all over the eastern US. His family settled in NC over 30 years ago, where they have remained since. Dr. Willis received a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from UNC-Asheville, and an undergrad certificate in Microbiology from NC State, before turning to an interest in dentistry. He graduated from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine in Greenville, NC in 2020, and then moved to the Triad to practice dentistry. He first practiced for a time in Mocksville, NC, where he saw patients of all ages. He then transitioned to a mobile dental practice, treating pediatric patients in schools across the Piedmont and Western NC, many of whom had limited access to regular dental care, before returning to traditional, comprehensive practice here in High Point.

Dr. Willis believes that everyone should have access to the highest quality of dental care, from professionals who will listen with compassion. As a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society, he stays aware of the latest technology and best practices for patient care. He enjoys using that knowledge and his experience to find solutions for his patients.

When he’s not working with patients, Dr. Willis enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children. He’s a fan of baseball, an avid reader, and enjoys a good concert.
